Weather Good For Ducks In Western Nebraska Weekend
Western Nebraska over the weekend offered ideal conditions for duck hunters while beet harvest crews faced a cold, overcast start and a windy day. Sunday was cold and cloudy, Monday cleared but windy, yet harvesting continued as workers layered up. Ducks produced good luck on the first weekend of legal shooting with many parties along the North Platte River reaching limits, though geese flights had not fully started.

Final Fort Robinson remount sale ends military tenure
