The supreme court heard and took order advisement on a Morrill county case seeking guidance on whom to pay a 1434 dollar debt. Originally contracted with Standard Bridge company, the warrant arose in the First National Bank of Cozad after its purchase from a bridge salesman. Arthur and George Nelson later claimed they bought the claim from E G Solomon, who handled many such transactions. Solomon is deceased.

Seedling Trees Will Again Be Available
Government seedling and trans plant trees for wind break wood lot and shelter belt planting will again be available to Cheyenne county farmers next spring. County Agent L. D. Willey was informed this week by Clayton W. Watkins extension forester that plans for the 1934 forestry program are now being completed. Both broadleaf and evergreen stock will be available to farmers for improving their farms. Evergreens are grown at the Nebraska national forest at Halsey. Cheyenne county farmers have planted 70,000 trees in the three years the project has operated. Survival this year was reduced by unfavorable weather conditions during the summer.
