Sparks born January 19 1898 in Chillicothe Missouri married Opal Barham November 30 1918 at Sidney. Survivors include Opal wife, one son Robert E. of Los Angeles, three grandchildren, two brothers Harry L. and Clyde J. of Sidney.

Jury Possible On Zorn Estate Case
A special jury trial appears likely in the Ruth Zorn estate dispute after her death earlier this year. The will left most of the estate valued over 50 000 to two brothers and a niece while leaving Howard Zorn only 1. District Judge John Kuns ordered medical records from 1952 to 1957 to be shared with opposing counsel. a motion to quash that order was filed as the district court judge went on vacation. Broken Nose From Freak Home Accident
George Muisse of 420 11th Ave sustained a broken nose in a freak accident at his home on Wednesday. While kneeling in a small shed repairing a floor, a can fell from a nearby shelf and struck the back of his head. The impact forced his face to the floor, breaking his nose in two places. He was hospitalized overnight at Memorial Hospital.
