Miss Davis to join American Red Cross again

Two Soldiers Burned When Beer Truck Overturns Near Alliance
Sioux Ordnance Depot soldiers David R. Barret and Donald White Jr. were injured when a heavy semitrailer carrying bottled beer overturned on No. 19 at the 16 mile corner north of Alliance. Barret sustained burns to the shoulders head and arms and was hospitalized at St Josephs in Alliance. White was burned on the arms and released as investigators arrived from Sidney. The truck and trailer burned, four tires salvaged, speed suspected, Hemingford Fire Department responded.
