North Colton Telephone Company dissolves by resolution adopted June 20, 1961. Remaining assets, after liabilities, will be distributed equally to members Victor Rapp and Keith Spiker. Assets consist of used poles and telephone lines. no other assets or liabilities except dissolution costs. Dated October 12, 1961. Attested by Secretary-Treasurer.
The Sidney Nebraska city council met to set as a board of equalization for sidewalk assessments along north lot lines in Grabill Subdivision and Clarkson 2nd Addition. They approved a resolution levying special assessments, heard no objections, and adopted the plan to collect via the county tax list.
