Sidney Neb Oct 3 1905 the board apportions road funds by district and divides Lodgepole Bayard and Camp Clarke precincts into new road districts. A petition moves the polling place in Davison precinct. votes approve a northwest road grant. Jury panels are named for the November term and a Cheyenne County vault contract is awarded.

Death of Grace Wright Stuns Sidney Community

Grace Wright seventeen year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Wright died at home after a four day illness from peritonitis. She had grown up in Sidney and was well loved. Funeral services were conducted at the Lutheran church by Rev. Lenmer. The Wright family receives deep sympathy from the community.

Jessen and Moore Wed at Bride’s Sister Home

Mr Loura Jessen and Miss Anna Moore wed Thursday at 5 am in the groom’s home town. Rev Leamer officiated with a wedding breakfast. After a wedding trip to Portland they will reside in Sidney where Jessen has a home prepared. Both have longtime ties to Sidney and many friends offer congratulations.

Old Plantation Days at the Opera House Saturday
