Lorenzo High School basketball fields smallest six man team
Lorenzo High School will field a six man varsity basketball team, the smallest in the state, with 100 percent male participation. Coach Carl Brown, new to basketball, expects a few wins and notes every player will see substantial court time as fouling out could leave the team with four players. Long Council Session Hears Insurance Plan And Pension Schedule

Labor Survey Yields Few Replies in Cheyenne County
The Cheyenne County labor survey drew about 70 responses. Chamber manager Ed Cole said lack of names or addresses kept returns low, noting the chamber cannot act as an employment agency. Burglary Charge Filed Against Cheyenne Man
Gordon E. McCue 36 is bound over from County Court to District Court on a burglary charge. He allegedly burglarized the Elks Club at 1040 Jackson on November 21.
