The suit of Crete Gerlach against the state of Nebraska and the receivership division seeking compensation for her husband, former assistant bank receiver, was submitted to District Judge J L Tewell after briefs Tuesday evening. Dalton and Potter dominated Cheyenne County football this season. Dalton captured the Lodge Pole valley 11 man crown for the third straight year, while Potter swept the year unbeaten in six man. Dalton’s eleven, beaten only once, will be feted December 3. Minatare upset Dalton by two touchdowns. Oshkosh tied Dalton 13 13, and Dalton beat Kimball 14 to 6.
