Irish Gridders Win at Potter
The Irish of St. Patrick's Academy defeated Potter 24 to 12 on Potter field. Leonard Egging scored twice, Lloyd Kallhoff added another, and Paul Button booted two extra points. Potters late two touchdowns followed strong Irish defense, while standouts included Kennedy Henke Button Merck and Peetz for the Irish. Potter stars were Fiegenshuh and Schwartz.

Sidney Garden Club members held a Hallowe en party at Mrs Ernest Jaeckels home with decorations and buffet, led by Mrs Arnold Westerhoff and Mrs Herbert Rabe. Guest Mrs Kobelleff of Portland joined as house guest of Mrs F H Boyle. The Friendly Birthday Club featured Bingo with prizes won by Mrs E Troutman and others. A lunch followed.
