County considers how to raise oil bonus in Cheyenne County

County officials discuss funding a proposed bonus for oil and gas operations. I L Pindell says a levy could cover the amount with little individual tax impact, while County Treasurer Herbert Stevens notes funds exist but legal distribution is unclear and should fit the annual budget. Ohio Oil Co. has not claimed the bonus and suggests contributing to a countywide cause.
