Sidney council approves building, licenses and carnival site
The May 14 1959 Sidney Nebraska meeting approved building applications for Frank Kokes and others, granted occupational licenses to utility and trade firms, and allowed a Jaycees carnival site on 12th Avenue between Jackson and Linden. Also approved were April 1959 Treasurer and Utilities reports and the April appropriation ordinance, with multiple sewer district resolutions detailing delinquent installments and future due dates.
