County Teachers Institute Convening June 1 1903 at Sidney

The sixteenth annual Cheyenne County Teachers Institute will meet June 1 at the Sidney High School for a six day session. Enrollment opens at 8 00 am with instructors R A H Graham and C C Danforth. Attendance is required for those teaching this year unless attending approved normal schooling.
