Cheyenne County Plans Tighten Rural Home Inspections

High speed chase ends in local arrest in Sidney

Ray Kenton aged 26 of Sidney faced two criminal complaints and a traffic citation in Cheyenne County Court after a Monday night pursuit by Sidney officers reached 80 mph on Illinois Street. He crashed through a plate glass door at Dude's Steak House and Brandin' Iron Lounge, was restrained with riot sticks and Mace, and taken to Hastings Regional Center before transfer to Lincoln.
