Eastern Wyoming division selects Stuart as district foreman

W J Stuart named district foreman of the Eastern Wyoming division replacing H C Langdon who moves to other duties. Stuart, a traveling engineer for four years, is regarded as highly qualified for the promotion. Langdon previously led the division for about four years after succeeding J H Stubbs in 1908. It remains to be seen who will be Langdon’s successor or Stuart’s exact posting. Rumor suggests E McCarthy may become traveling engineer.
