Henry Nienhuser filed a county court petition April 26 1940 seeking probate of the will of Aly A Leneocker deceased February 6 1928. The petition requests that the will be admitted in Nebraska and that administration be dispensed with with estate descended to named beneficiaries and real estate described in sections 18 7 12 49 and 7 12 49.
