Sidney welcomes a new development after land purchase from the railroad. Chas Callahan and M A Shipman plan Callahan's Addition of forty acres two blocks west of the school house, with 50 by 132 foot lots priced 125 to 300 dollars. Surveys start soon, sidewalks planned, a central park block considered, and Callahan intends a $6000 residence for himself.

Village Trustees in Sidney Hold Regular Meeting
The Sidney Nebraska village board met in regular session with five trustees and the clerk present. Last Eighth Grade Teachers Examination Dates Set
