Clean-up Day Saturday offers prizes of cash
Sidney hosts a community cleanup on Saturday at the vacant lot at 14th and King behind St Patrick's Rectory with eight cash prizes. Teams of at least five can compete for the top prize of 25 dollars. other awards range from 20 to 5 dollars. Registration closes Friday at 5 pm. Sidney Jaycees will judge the trash as it is delivered. City crews will haul trash away after prizes are awarded at noon.

Temperature Drops to 44 in Sidney Overnight
A low pressure system moving westward brings cooler air and moisture to Nebraska. April Showers Boost Local Precipitation Totals
