May 11 1918 at 10 A M set for show cause. Publication ordered in Sidney Telegraph for three consecutive weeks.

The District Court of Cheyenne County Nebraska orders a public auction of parcel east door of the Court House Sidney on May 14 1918 at 10 AM to satisfy a partition action by Florence Frazey and Bert Fragey against Grosvenor a minor defendant. Referee OM Hadley will conduct the sale of Lot 2 Block 20 Clarkson's Addition.
In Chey County Court a petition for letters of administration debonis non with will annexed is filed for the estate of John Thompson deceased. Mark O Thompson seeks appointment of JW McDaniel to administer to maintain the widow Mary Anne Thompson and settle the estate. The petition is set for hearing.
