She married Charles Juhl in 1900, raised a family, and remains sharp in hearing and speech, though cataracts limit sewing. Sidney residents may have their names preserved in a time capsule at Valley Forge plans announced by the Sidney Bicentennial Committee Bev Stecker says people can sign a scroll at the public library Cheyenne County Chamber of Commerce office or the county clerk's courthouse during business hours until Wednesday night The scroll will be taken to Lisco on Thursday presented to wagon train leaders at a 730 p.m ceremony Similar scrolls from other communities will be added to the time capsule to be buried or sealed for the Fourth of July arrival at Valley Forge.

Sidney school board to hold special meeting tonight
