Legal Advertisement Notice of Local Recreation Levy and Tax
At the general municipal election held in Sidney Nebraska on April 1 1958 voters will decide a recreation fund levy not to exceed one half mill for 1958 and continuing if approved The fund would finance playgrounds recreation centers and a supervised summer program for minor children Also included is a hearing notice in Cheyenne County Nebraska estate of Harry Ray Worth March 27 1958 hearing and a separate ordinance establishing an occupation tax on alcoholic liquor businesses with detailed tax rates and administration provisions.
