Olene Christina Livoni Nelson aged 64, widow of Rasmus Nelson, died suddenly at her home at 13th and Jackson Tuesday morning from a heart attack. Born July 24, 1872 in Florence Kan, she lived in Sidney since marrying in 1919. Survived by her husband, one brother John Livoni of Stockton Calif, five stepchildren and several nephews and nieces.

Almost 1700 Nebraska youths received NYA part time work in February. 160 placed in district five across 16 western counties. Fire destroys barn on Dorne Street owned by Minsse
A barn on Dorne Street owned by George Minsse was burned along with fifty chickens and feed. Former Sidney Man Basketball Banquet Scheduled Tonight
