Pioneer Lady Dies at Potter
Western Nebraska mourns Mrs. Julius Johnson 175 who settled five miles west of Potter in 1899 and lived there long. A Sweden native, she came to the United States in 1884, married Julius Johnson in 1899, and raised children active in Potter affairs. Surviving are her husband, three sons Carl Lennart Verner, two daughters Alma Peterson and Oscar Gustafson, a sister Rena Ames, and brother Rev. Charles Strandberg. Funeral Monday at Potter Lutheran Church with interment in Potter cemetery.

Engineers Retained For Sewage Project
The city council approved a resolution Friday night to retain Fulton and Kramer of Lincoln as engineers on the sewage disposal plant and sewer line extension projects.
