The AAA Cornhusker Motor Club warns that five percent of drivers are potential highway killers and cause 30 percent of fatal accidents. Nebraska findings show young drivers in 1961 65 cars, few seat belts, daylight crashes within 25 miles. Michigan reports 30 worst drivers with points, violations, criminal records, and low voter registration. Drive defensively and watch for the other driver.
