Campaign Costs Spark Direct Mail Drive For Funds

A bipartisan group led by former Kennedy Commission members launches a direct mail fundraising effort to broaden political finance support. Also, L. E. Wamsley and his family leave Sidney to manage a Norton motel, after rescuing Ft. Sidney Motor Hotel from near bankruptcy.
