The annual Sidney District No.1 meeting at the Court House re-elected A K Greenlee and Leroy Martin to the school board. Director Martin and Treasurer Greenlee filed reports showing $12,064.82 cash receipts, $11,666.69 warrants redeemed, $398.13 year end balance, and $11,314.11 warrants issued. The next year levy is $9,500. The usual nine months of school will be held.

Last Friday several specials carried Federation of Women's Clubs delegates to San Francisco. Belle M. Stouten borough Club members waited at the depot to greet Nebraska delegates, but those delegates had already gone through Sidney. They did meet Illinois delegates in the observation car and one woman cheerfully called, you look good to us.
