Tractor Accident Injures Sidney County Farmer
Albert Sellattman, a newcomer living about ten tiles east of Sidney, was severely injured Monday when a tractor and rotary chopper wheel struck his body. The blade cut deep along his leg and shoulder but, with no infection, doctors expect recovery in about six weeks. He and a brother cultivate large tracts of land nearby.

State Teacher Demonstration At High School
A cooking demonstration was held in the High School domestic science room last Tuesday led by Miss Green of the Economics department of the State University. She discussed flour substitutes while her Lodgepole team baked muffins and biscuits without white flour, sharing samples. Lodgepole team members were Miss Nellie Bates Miss Fern Barlow and Miss Henrietta Jenik. Miss Green praised Cheyenne County as progressive for pioneering the demonstration while noting bread made from substitutes was not yet explained.
