Prisoner In Iowa Admits Crimes Here
Keith Coryell a 29 year old former Chadron resident now in Fort Madison Iowa prison confessed to a Sidney Nebraska car theft and J C Penney Store burglary on June 4 1945. Sheriff W W Schulz said Coryell also admitted stolen car at Alliance Nebraska and burglary at Ashby Nebraska. Pending charges filed by County Attorney R P Kepler state the nurse Lillian Miller’s car was taken and the Penney Store burglarized the same night. The merchandise valued at 2000 was sold in Omaha for 300. Coryell is to be claimed by the county when released in 1948.
