Divers introduce skin diving to nation’s Midland frontier
Bob Clark Jr. of Sidney Nebraska promotes skin and scuba diving across western Nebraska and neighboring states. From modest beginnings in 1966 he builds Midwest Divers Supply with multiple satellite stores, runs West Nebraska Divers, and leads regional clubs Five Fathom and WND. Lake Macconaughy known as Big Mac draws divers with clear water, spearfishing, underwater photography, and events like the 3rd Annual Spearfishing Tourney at Lake Mac.
