Land value rises as Houge brothers buy 320 acres
Arthur Armatrong sold his 320 acre farm nine miles northeast of town to the Houge brothers from North Dakota. He bought it three years ago for ten dollars an acre and sold it for thirty five dollars an acre. They will take possession in November after building new structures and finalizing the school lease transfer.
