A trucker, August Ahlenmeyer of Fremont, 37, died when his vehicle left the road and hit a ditch six miles west of Bronson. Miss Vera Donnan, 36, of Illinois, was initially believed seriously hurt but later listed with minor injuries. Mr and Mrs P W Barker avoided a collision by veering into a opposite ditch.
