Fatal Accident in Sidney Draw Kills Six Year Old Wiley Davis
Wiley Davis six year old son of Myr and Mrs W B Davis of Sidney Draw southwest of town was accidentally shot by his thirteen year old brother Roy with a 32 caliber revolver while unsupervised in the house. Wiley died about an hour after the accidental shot. Roy believed he had cleared the gun before play. The family was at a nearby ranch when the incident happened. The tragedy followed a separate legal note about Philip Fox of Madison winning a $14 450 verdict in the Catherine Tusler estate case after a lengthy court history.
