Sheriff Schulz refused the sale under the Nebraska Itinerant Merchants Law requiring a 25 dollar fee per vehicle, a 500 dollar occupation tax, and a 1000 dollar indemnity bond. E E Goding, a prominent Kimball County resident since 1909, died Monday and was buried Thursday. He homesteaded south of Dix and lived in the west majority of his life. Survivors include a sister, Mrs J I Davison of Dalton.
