Truck Driver Killed at Brule Crossing in Train Collision
An eastbound passenger and mail train No 10 collided with a gravel laden five ton truck at a Brule crossing. The itinerant truck driver from New York state was killed instantly and the truck wrecked. The train remained at speed as it struck the vehicle. The driver worked for Keith County commissioners.
