Leonard Belongia 24 a former Minnesota convict faces a March 5 trial in Greeley for the death of Albert E Osterick 457 Weld county rancher. Prosecutors say Belongia confessed to shooting Osterick and wounding his wife and son Lambert. He was arrested December 16 after Osterick’s murder.
