Build a Court House for Cheyenne County in 1910

County residents are urged to decide how to finance a new court house by bond issues of 50000 to 100000 dollars and whether a two and a half or five mill levy should fund it. A mass meeting January 22 will lay plans and provide definite figures so taxpayers see the impact on property values and the general fund. The section forecasts a strong year and notes snow benefits and broad satisfaction locally.
