The state railway commission asked the attorney general to prepare an order directing the Chimney Rock Public Power district of Bayard to show cause why it should not cease and desist from building unauthorized lines. Campbell Renamed Chairman Of 1938 Soil Committeemen
J. H. Campbell, a farmer north of Lodge Pole, will head Cheyenne county agricultural conservation for 1938, re elected by the Conservation association board in Sidney. Kimball Cager Hurt Paralyzed After Basketball Injury
Warren Gus Swanson 17, captain of Kimball high school basketball, recovers at home from facial paralysis after an injury in a December game with Bushnell in Newcastle Wyoming during Christmas holidays. He was knocked unconscious in the same incident when he hit a gym wall, and the paralysis is believed to stem from that injury. Swanson was recently named honorary captain of Kimball's 1937 football team.
