King Ranch Sale Brings Walden Property to Nebraska Buyer

The King ranch at Walden in Jackson county, a long time summer resort, was sold last week to Barnes Withrow of Lodgepole Nebraska for 35000. It spans 2465 acres of irrigated and non irrigated land with 600 acres in hay and grain. The property includes modern outbuildings and a three story residence costing 6000 dollars. Withrow plans large scale development and has moved from Nebraska to operate the newly acquired Denver estate.
