The Sidney Business Men's Club was perfected last Friday night with W. B. Swatzlander guiding the effort. Charter members number fifty three and the club rooms on the second floor of the McIntosh building host leather couches, reading tables, billiard and card tables. The initial officers are D R Campbell as chairman and W. E Swatzlander as president, with Charlie Mann as secretary treasurer. Initiation dues are twenty five dollars and monthly dues three dollars, payable quarterly. The club aims to provide a quiet place for business or recreation with free attendance and no heated debates, and will adjourn until new bylaws are approved the following Saturday.

Red Cross Drive Extended To January First
