Former Army Depot Site Proposed for New Game Department HQ

Senator Robert L. Clark urges moving the Nebraska Game Commission to the former Sioux Army Depot at Sidney. He touts 1000 acres and 200 buildings, including a large Area Combat Office Building and three 90,000 square foot warehouses, plus an airport, cafeteria, and school facilities for staff and maintenance. He argues the site offers ample space, cheap power, good water, and low costs, with Sidney housing available homes, and invites a visit to discuss budget-fit and wildlife management potential.
