Crash Survivor Wed To Former Sidney Resident
The husband of a former Sidney resident is among two survivors of a Navy cargo plane crash near Calverton New York. Six crewmen died including Capt. Edward Schultz of Albuquerque New Mexico. His wife Shirley Boyd, daughter of Mr and Mrs Wendell Boyd, is a former Sidney resident. Schultz is a radar specialist who sustained multiple injuries and underwent surgery. Mrs. Schultz and their four children were being joined by relatives in Denver en route to Albuquerque.
