LINCOLN The deadline for signing acreage reserve agreements on spring planted crops under the soil bank program has been moved to February 20 from March 7. Wilfred R. Nelson, chairman of the Nebraska ASC committee, cited higher than expected signup and potential fund exhaustion as reasons. Leo L. Wolff of Sidney suffered concussion and multiple bruises after his car, a 1957 model, collided at an intersection with a truck driven by Arnold Stockamp three miles west of Sidney on a county road Saturday. Wolff was hospitalized at Cheyenne County Memorial Hospital in satisfactory condition. Truck owned by Bu-Pro Gas sustained $1,500 damage while the car incurred $1,200.
