Sidney high school debaters begin their schedule with two discussions at Bayard. Carolyn Kennedy and Lois Hardy will oppose the proposition that state and local revenue should come from non tangible property sources. Leroy Willey and Albert Mahr will support the measure. This is the first interscholastic contest for all four speakers. They will dine with Bayard debaters Friday night. Future plans include meetings with Scottsbluff Chappell and Sterling.
