TV Tower Site Chosen South of Sidney for City
Collier Electric of Denver will erect a 750 to 800 foot television tower on Section 31, Township 13, Range 49, just west of Hand's Dairy Farm six miles south of Sidney. An underground transmission line will serve Sidney with signals at a cost near 100000 dollars. An emergency power plant at the site will keep the signal active during power outages.

Rites Held For Mary Limbeck 83
Funeral services were held at St. Pauls Lutheran Church for Mrs. Mary Limbeck 83 who died January 27 after a lingering illness. Rev Henry Dorn officiated with Craig Mortuary in charge. Born December 7 1871 in Frohna Mo to Frederick and Mary Grasz she was confirmed Olive Branch Neb 1885 and married Andrew Limbeck March 10 1897 in Lincoln Neb. Survivors include son Edward Sidney daughter Alma Kruma North Platte three brothers and one sister seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
