The Fort Sidney Literary Association held the second entertainments at the post theatre with a large garrison turnout and local citizens. The program closed with a shadow pantomime as well as music recitals and a lecture by Commissary Sergeant P Henry.

District court adjourned Tuesday afternoon with multiple verdicts and motions. Ed Fitch versus Domer Teeter and Co awarded 100.25 to the plaintiff. motion for a new trial taken under advisement. Gantage Range versus John J. Brown awarded 3475. new trial motion overruled. Warren versus Warren divorce granted. McDonald et al versus Cowdin moved to U.S. circuit court. Pantenburg v Powell and Whitney jury disagree. Lee Nunn sentenced to one year in the penitentiary. Sheriff Euback to Lincoln tomorrow.
