Nebraska governor orders no-tolerance traffic crackdown
Governor Norbert Tiemann ordered an all-out drive against traffic violators in Nebraska. The plan directs state patrol sheriffs and other officers to arrest violators, establish checkpoints, and use radar and speed measuring devices to curb the record of 55 Nebraska traffic deaths in November. The action targets all violators with no warning tickets or speed-tolerance.
