Cheyenne County Welfare Dept issued food stamps with a gross value of 10 617 during November. Recipients paid 5 763 75, giving a bonus to 4 853 25 on the purchasing power of their stamps. The FAA flight service station logged a 21 degree low and 67 high on Monday with a 22 to 62 range on Tuesday. By noon today the low was 21 and high 4. NW winds gusted to 52 mph through 5 pm with 23 mph average. Rapid City reported light snow this morning while eastern and central Nebraska and Wyoming saw low ceilings.
