Chamber selects Hinman as president in December meeting

Cheyenne County Chamber of Commerce board elects Hinman president with Art Montgomery as vice president. Kimball men back recreation project

Kimball residents outline plans to fund and develop an Oliver Dam recreation area west of Kimball. City planners deny apartment zoning request in Sidney
