William Otteman was arrested Thursday on larceny charges for stealing twenty eight sheep from stock yards. The animals were found in his corral though he denies wrongdoing. Irene Brown, ill with measles, caused the family deep worry last Wednesday night. A trained nurse arrived Thursday from Cheyenne to care for the child.
The E. V. S. Pomeroy family led by Chester Hazelwood the chauffeur a tap cook and a nurse departed on the 29th for a California winter stay. No private cars were ordered for their use and were attached to No. 7.

County Treasurer W. R. Wood received checks Wednesday from the Burlington and Union Pacific railroads paying personal taxes for 1910 in Cheyenne County. Union Pacific paid $26,552.10 while Burlington contributed $5,538.35, with the Burlington tax noted as reduced since county division and now directed largely to Morrill county.
Miss Mary E. Leeman daughter of Mr John Leeman Sidney marries John F Walsh Bronson Neb on November 21 at the home of the bride s aunt Mrs E Webb in Hartford Connecticut. Friends in Sidney extend best wishes for happiness and prosperity.
