Hunting Season Ends With Varied Luck Across Birds
The duck and goose hunting season ended last night with mixed luck among hunters. River shooting was strong until last Sunday, field shooting above par, and the goose flight stretched over three weeks with notable activity. Mallards were plentiful on rivers and lakes, while canvasbacks were fewer due to fewer hunters in canvasback territory. Telegraph Wantads Get Results.
