J B Tunnicliff of Omaha administrator of the Tusler estate and former administrator Fox of Madison Wis have been in the city this week. They seek to use depositions to overturn a $20000 judgment against Foxs bondsmen in Douglas county. The case hinges on whether estate horses were in Nebraska 1894 to 1938.
